Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are accepted within 5 days of delivery.
• You may exchange your item for another style, another size (subject to availability), or opt for store credit (wallet balance).
• Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us via any courier service (Delhivery, India Post, Blue Dart, etc.).
• Please include your name and order number inside the package.
• The item must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact. Items returned without tags or showing signs of wear will not be accepted.
• Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll ship your exchange from our end at no additional shipping cost.
