Same-day delivery (₹500) is available in Delhi NCR for orders placed between 9 AM – 4 PM (excluding Sundays & holidays).
All products are made to order, so slight delays may occur.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, and delivery timelines exclude weekends and bank holidays.
International orders are delivered within 1–3 weeks, with shipping charges based on location and order size.
No returns/exchanges on international orders; store credit may be provided for defects, and custom duties/taxes are customer’s responsibility.

Return & Exchange Policy

All products are made to order; orders cannot be cancelled once processed.
No returns — only size exchange is allowed (if applicable).
Exchange requests must be raised within 24–48 hours, and items returned within 5–7 days with tags intact.
Customers must self-ship returns; shipping charges are non-refundable and ₹80 applies for reshipping.
No exchange/return on sale items, bags, or already exchanged products; subject to availability.
International orders: no return/exchange, possible store credit for defects; duties/taxes paid by customer.
